Pembroke Lodge is situated in the heart of the quiet community of Walkergate near Newcastle. Converted from an old working men’s club into a small care home, the home provides specialist residential care to those living with mental health conditions and referred to them by social services. Potential residents can visit should they be considering Pembroke Lodge as their new home.

Pembroke Lodge benefits from a lovely maintained garden area, with well stocked flower beds and plenty of fresh air. Our residents also enjoy the natural light in the conservatory – always a popular place to meet with friends or relatives. We offer: Residential Care for people with Complex Mental Health needs.

    On 9th February we will be celebrating National Pizza Day and will be busy making pizzas with all the different toppings!

    Residents will be attending the armchair exercise classes in the local community this month again, some even saying they have started to feel a difference already.

    Its Pancake day on 13th February and we will be busy making lots of them for the residents who can’t wait.

    We will be restarting the breakfast club where some of the residents go to the local high street for breakfast and play a few games of snooker.
